Contact support

Email support@meetbot.pro with your account email, device, app version, and a description of the issue. Never send your password or verification codes. Remove private meeting or chat content from screenshots unless it is needed for your request.

Account and sign-in

Use the email address associated with your Meetbot account. If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to that address, contact support so we can help verify ownership.

Notifications and recording

Manage notification and microphone permissions in your device settings. Only record when you have the required permission from participants.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion without signing in.
